Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s). Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Damage or Lost Packages
Horseloom is not liable for packages that are damaged or lost in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please:
